Since 2015, the Philadelphia Flea Market has been at Roosevelt Mall. In May, they moved to Franklin Mills. Though the name implies you’ll pick up pests (the original marché aux puces meant, literally, market with fleas), you’ll mostly find gently used second-hand items and discounts galore.
